Welcome to the website for the Bay Pines Estates Civic Association (BPECA) located in St Petersburg, Florida in Unincorporated Pinellas County. 

 

The BPECA community is perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil and serene setting, while still being within close proximity to the beaches, parks, and all the amenities and conveniences of the city area such as restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, schools, and hospital/healthcare facilities.  With additional membership, residents can help maintain the lake, participate in BPECA sponsored activities including home of the month and home decorating contests.

BPECA has established a Resident-led Civic Association Board of Directors and several committees comprised of a voluntary group of residents striving to improve the Bay Pines Estates Community. We’ve developed this website to share Civic Association events, announcements, newsletters, and much more.
